Our India Consular Application Centre (ICAC) offers a professional photo service that meets Indian standards, ensuring quick, affordable, and compliant photographs for your application.
Form Filling Service:
Applicants may opt to receive complimentary assistance with completing their visa application forms at the India Consular Application Centre (ICAC). Our staff will help fill out the form using the details provided by the applicant.
This free service is optional and separate from the general guidance and information support also available at no cost. Please note that choosing this service does not influence the processing or outcome of your visa application. ICAC is not responsible for the final decision made on any application.
Printing:
While we recommend applicants bring printed copies of their application and supporting documents to avoid additional steps, ICAC does offer a printing service if needed.
This service ensures your documents are clear, professional, and meet Consular requirements. Printing support is available at the centre during your visit.

Stay informed at every step of the application processing with our free SMS and email notification service.
You’ll receive timely updates as your application moves through each stage of processing—reducing the need for constant follow-ups.
This service is provided at no cost to all applicants.

Courier Service:
Enjoy the ease of having your passport and documents securely delivered to your home or office with our courier service.
This convenient service saves you the need for a return visit to the ICAC and can be selected at the time of your application submission.
During submission, the ICAC officer will record your preferred delivery address. Please ensure the address provided is complete and accurate, especially if it differs from your residential address.
Once your application is processed, your passport will be dispatched via courier, and you’ll receive a tracking reference number to monitor the delivery status through the courier company’s website.
