Attestation of Commercial Documents

Overview

The Attestation of Commercial Documents by the Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in Thailand is a process through which commercial documents, such as business contracts, invoices, agreements, powers of attorney, and other trade-related documents are verified and authenticated for use in India or abroad.

This attestation is necessary to verify the legality of the document, ensuring that it is recognized by Indian authorities or other foreign governments. It is typically required for legal and business purposes such as:

  • International trade and commerce
  • Company incorporation in India or abroad
