Driving License Certificate:

A Driving License Certificate is issued by the Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in South Korea for Indian nationals who require certification of their Indian driving license for use in South Korea. This certificate serves as a verification of the validity and authenticity of the Indian driving license for conversion or other purposes as per South Korean regulations.

The applicant’s name and date of birth should be exactly the same in passport as well as in driving license. Damaged/paper driving license might be asked for renewal.

How To Apply

  1. Create an Account: Register on the Du Digital Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website.

  5. Visit Du Digital ICAC: Visit the designated ICAC (as per your jurisdiction). The address and location will be mentioned in your appointment letter. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  6. Submit Your Application: Submit all required documents for your application. Please note that if any required documents are missing, your application cannot be processed.

  7. Application Submission Complete: You’ve successfully submitted your application.

  2. Original Passport along with copies of the first, second, and last pages.
  3. Original and Copy of Alien Registration Card (ARC)
  4. Original and Two Copies of Indian Driving License:
    *Name and Date of Birth must match exactly with the passport.
    *One copy must be self-attested; the other copy is for issuance.
